The Price Sheets Setup option is used to create customized price sheets/lists for each customer.
Within Net•Yield "base items" and "special items" can be designated. Base items are items that appear on all price sheets; specials are just that – special items that are included to promote a new item or those that are not part of the base items that are offered to customers on a one time or semi-regular basis. These are the items that could change each time a price sheet is produced. Customer specific items can also be added.
Price sheets can also be created using the Rebuild Price List from History utility. A customer specific price sheet will be created based on the customer ordering history. The price sheet can then be modified in Price Sheet Setup.
The items will appear on the customer price sheet when printed from Print Price Sheets, based on the base, special, and customer items specified in Price Sheet Setup. The prices will appear based on the base selling price for the items specified in Set Selling Prices modified by price exceptions. Items with a "fixed price" price exception will also print on the Price Sheet regardless of it being selected as a base, special or customer item.
